BIRKENSTOCK and MAHARISHI have teamed up to showcase the synergy between nature and technology in a new collection designed to excel in any environment. United by a shared vision, this collaboration introduces the Mogami Terra Tech — an ergonomic reimagining of the classic BIRKENSTOCK design that blends MAHARISHI’s utilitarian aesthetic with traditional craftsmanship, drawing attention to the artistic elements of military-grade construction.

The Mogami Terra Tech features two straps made from suede and durable nylon webbing, each equipped with a quick-release buckle at the center for enhanced functionality. Beneath, the polyurethane sole is molded for superior grip and protection, transforming BIRKENSTOCK’s iconic anatomical footbed into a waterproof version.

Incorporating a novel design element inspired by the M.A.L.I.C.E system (Modified All-Purpose Lightweight Individual Carrying Equipment), first introduced by the U.S. Army in the 1960s, the collaboration reflects MAHARISHI’s commitment to functional accessories.
